Have you ever seen a lion?
Walking through Africa,
Into the orange painted sunset,
And the everlasting vastness,
A silhouette of dignity and grace.
Then the hunters came,
Their paws now covered in blood,
Lets save them for our children…
THE BREEDING, TRADING AND TROPHY HUNTING OF HALF-TAMED
LIONS IN SOUTH AFRICA IS AGAINST THE LAWS OF NATURE
PAWS4LIFE IS A SA PROJECT FOR:
The conservation of large predators (lions, cheetahs, leopards and wild dogs). To create a mind change from breeding half-tamed lions in captivity to free-roaming large predators in natural open spaces.
The upliftment of under priviledged school children through a educational wildlife program. Weekend camps in a wildlife facility outside Bloemfontein to cultivate a love and respect for nature with unique nature programs.
Assist the national department of Environmental Affairs with the implementation of the new Biodiversity Act for large predators. Help nature conservation in all the critical provinces with orphaned predator cubs. Promotes the campaign against canned lion hunting in SA.
